Lloiden Garza is a writer whose work is shaped by a lifelong curiosity about identity, resilience, and the inner lives of people. Her journey into psychology and storytelling began early, not in classrooms first, but through lived experience — learning how people survive, grow, and make meaning through hardship and change.
She became a parent at a young age and entered adulthood carrying both responsibility and resilience early in life. Over time, this path led her into a twenty-year career in real estate, where she worked closely with individuals and families during some of the most emotionally significant transitions of their lives. Through that work, and through her own personal growth, her interest in human behavior deepened into a calling.
Lloiden holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in education with a concentration in counseling psychology, and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree. Her writing reflects this integration of lived experience, academic study, and a deep respect for the complexity of healing, growth, and self-understanding.
Above all, Lloiden values faith, family, and meaningful connection. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother who finds joy in reading, travel, and time near the ocean. She lives in Northern California with her family and her spirited German Shepherd, Stella.
The yearning for information about family history and identity is at an all-time high.
More than 26 million people have taken at-home DNA tests. Of that number, thousands of people will experience a Non-Paternity Event (NPE). NPE is also an acronym for Not Parent Expected. Also referred to as Misattributed Paternity or Misattributed Parentage Experience (MPE).
The NPE experience can be traumatic. The shocking news of finding out a secret that your father is not your biological father can be overwhelming. The discovery has the power to cut the fabric of one’s identity. A sense of displacement, of being shattered and fragmented. A disorienting feeling that you were not who you thought you were.
Many seekers struggle and have internal conflicts about their identity, and I was no exception. Like so many others, I wanted to know the truth and needed help navigating such a complex process, and ENOUGH tells that story.
ENOUGH sheds light on the shock, undercurrents, and chaos that can arise during the search for answers.
By telling my story, I provide insight into the steps I have taken, the feelings I have experienced, the tools I have used to help me find my father - giving a voice and validation to those feeling lost and overwhelmed. I want to share hope and light with those on their journey to wholeness.
My mission is to walk alongside others as they heal, remember who they are, and live in alignment with what feels true — bringing more presence, compassion, and light into our world.
